At UTR Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, so we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized equipment and worn apparel are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective wrapping is used for equipment like rackets or bats.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
